• Veterinary Health Check:

  • All of our Pomsky puppies undergo a thorough veterinary examination prior to going to their new homes. Each puppy will come with a signed health certificate from a licensed veterinarian.

  • Puppies will be up to date on all vaccinations and deworming treatments.

• Lifetime Genetic Health Guarantee:

  • We offer a lifetime guarantee against any severe hereditary or congenital health issues that would significantly affect the quality of life of your Pomsky due to genetic causes (such as hip dysplasia, heart defects, or other major genetic conditions).

  • In the unfortunate event that a hereditary condition is diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian during your Pomsky’s lifetime, we will provide one of the following options:

    • Replacement Puppy: You may choose a replacement puppy from a future litter (subject to availability).

    • Partial Refund: A partial refund of the purchase price may be offered, depending on the severity of the condition and the veterinarian’s diagnosis.
       

• 14 Day Health Assurance:

  • After taking your puppy home, you have 14 Day to have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian at your expense. If during this time any health concerns are found (excluding common issues like parasites, which are treatable), you may return the puppy for a full refund or exchange, provided you notify us immediately.

• Conditions of the Guarantee:

  • This health guarantee only applies if the puppy is kept up to date on all vaccinations and routine checkups, and is cared for in a safe, loving environment.

  • The guarantee does not cover illnesses or injuries caused by neglect, accidents, or improper care.

  • You must provide documentation from a licensed veterinarian in the event of a claim related to a genetic or serious health condition.
